We had a lovely stay at Sea Spirit. A fantastic location just 100m uphill from the great sandy beach (dog friendly) of Alum Chine with toilets and restaurant. On-site concierge service was very helpful and has great local knowledge for people who don't already know the area. Three double bedrooms (one with option to convert to twin). Comfortable beds with crisp linen and towels and beach towels provided. Great welcome tray and bottle of wine - also provision of washing up items, couple of dishwasher tablets, etc. Great outside space with table and chairs for 6 giving more living space when the weather is right. Living/dining area a bit tight, but, as 5 adults, we definitely managed. One parking space in underground car park with lift access to ground floor and flat so OK for people with limited mobility/walking. Other parking on first come/first served in Studland Road which is the only local road without double yellow lines and could be hard to find a space in high summer season. Good wifi service. It took us a little while to sort out how to watch live TV, but Netflix, etc included. Plenty of hot water for showering, etc. A few minor niggles with the access code (great not to have to collect/drop off keys though) and very minor maintenance issues which have been reported to the agent. But we would definitely stay again though and would recommend.
