If you’re looking for a real home away from home for you and your family, the recently refurbished The Avoncliffe is a great option. The living area, with its reclining chairs and leather sofas, makes a great space for relaxing with the family. Cook up a storm in the designer kitchen, which is equipped with all the appliances a keen chef is likely to need. Make the most of long summer evenings by stepping out from the living room onto the balcony, where you can soak up views across the Bournemouth coastline.
Time your stay right, and you’ll be perfectly positioned to watch the Bournemouth Air Festival, the largest seafront show of its kind throughout the whole of Europe, from your very own balcony! With a plethora of cultural events including beach carnivals, theatre and opera, running throughout the year, visitors to Bournemouth will never be spoilt for a choice for things to do. A comfortable home from home. We have been coming for several years now and it is perfect for us. The owner is so friendly.The location is perfect, view of the sea and steps away from the clifftop.

A superb modern apartment with balcony allow for lovely sea views straight from the living room / kitchen. The kitchen area has everything you need washing/drier machine + iron & ironing board, cooker microwave wave and full fridge freezer. The living room is very comfortable nice sofa's to relax in and a nice modern TV to watch local or internet based TV. The 2x bedrooms are of a good size and both have showers via an ensuite and one has a nice bath. There is parking outside the front which allows you to keep the car at holiday home and walk to the beach which is only 5 minutes away. The local is very nice and is one of the best for the area. We used the balcony at the apartment at breakfast and dinner time. The host is excellent and very friendly and helpful I have issues in recommending this and will return here next year so we can explore the Jurassic coast further.

We stayed between 10th Aug- 15th Aug. Fantastic holiday, great location, Phil was so helpful nothing was to much trouble, Apartment was well equipped, Spotlessly clean. Home from home, Just a short walk to Sobo beach, enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a great view of the sea. Best holiday apartment we have ever stayed at. Thank you Phil
