Belvedere is a perfect holiday home for friends or families to get together, it has 4 glorious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bath, there is also spacious open plan living space with kitchen, not to mention the hot tub overlooking the fields and a outdoor games room, and wonderful rural views. Belvedere is an ideal choice for a short break or for a special occasion. Is also ideally located to use a base to explore the wider the area during a longer stay.
If you don’t fancy cooking then a great riverside pub (The Coventry Arms) is just half a mile away and easy to get to by car, and the charming town of Wimborne is only 3 miles away and offers a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and independent shops, their is a great model village for children and adults alike to enjoy.
A little further afield, explore the stunning New Forest National Park with great walking and cycling routes, that are peppered with picture postcard villages some with great village inns. If you are searching for some fresh sea air, the beautiful Dorset coastline is just a short drive away and is home to miles of golden sandy beaches, coves and harbour towns and villages. 2 bedrooms face busy road, so noise & light prevented sleep; heavy duty curtains would have been helpful. Pub is within walking distance but road too dangerous to walk along. No tea/coffee/sugar/oil/salt/pepper/milk in fridge/visitor book/welcome pack (other than instruction booklet) provided. No instructions on how to re-heat water. Clothes airer, egg cups and ice cube tray would have been useful. Frying pan peeling so dangerous to use. Kitchen drawer broken/missing. Hot tub unusable on 1st night because not up to temperature. Bath has no shower attachment so can't wash hair / wash tub down. Mirror in upstairs bathroom very wonky (not safe to readjust). Mini pool table so wonky it's unusable. Shower tray floods after short shower. Only 1 bedroom had hooks on back of door. Some games (instead of just puzzles) would have been helpful.

The pool table is very poor, unusable, its bowed in the middle meaning the balls collect in the middle, the dart board is barely usable. The beds are hard and there is only enough hot water for 3 people to shower then you have to wait ages. The property is tatty and not 4 stars.

Really nice house and great location, was disappointed with the cleanliness especially the fridge which I had to clean before I added my food , but that’s an easy fix, really comfortable beds and lovely open kitchen, games room good but bit dated we had a great stay !
