Bramley Barn is in a great location, situated in the village of Wick, a perfect holiday base for those who wish to explore the many attractions Wiltshire has to offer, or stay in and enjoy the house and its features. The barn is great for entertaining with a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen with island. There is plenty of parking on site and you’re only a 15-minute drive into the centre of Bath.
Socialise around the BBQ, hot tub and firepit in the garden. A rural setting with all the modern features and amenities, with adequate parking for up to ten cars.
Bath and Bristol are both less than 10 miles away and under 20 minutes away, also within a short drive are the picturesque villages of Lacock and Castle Combe, both favourite locations for TV and film directors. Lacock features in Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and Pride and Prejudice, and Castle Combe was the backdrop for War Horse.
Experience the Georgian city of Bath, only 7 miles away by car. With its famous architecture, the Jane Austen Centre, and thermal spa (Thermae), the city offers something for everybody. The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, the famous Pulteney Bridge, and the Christmas markets are among the city’s many must see attractions. Nearby National Trust properties can be found within a short drive, as well as other stately homes. Head to Longleat Safari Park or visit Avebury and Stonehenge, all under an hour away.
