We stayed as a family and needed a large property in this particular area within a particular budget. The house was ideal in size and we enjoyed our break. It’s definitely quirky and might not appeal to everyone. Some of our group loved the car collection! Others enjoyed the walks from the house and fruit picking. As others have said the house would benefit from being updated and a deep clean. But if you want a large house at an extremely good price it’s great. I would definitely consider it again if I needed the same size property in that area.

Very poor signposting,Surprised to find row of junk vehicles down the drive, not much felt clean, very strange furniture…. Junk on the patio, plants untended….. plenty of space for a large group

We had a fantastic time, the cottage far surpassed our expectations and our group would definitely return. Great value for money, gorgeous location, and a large but cosy cottage!
