Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00 although you are welcome to arrive earlier. To make your check in as smooth, quick and easy as possible, we’d like to request you call ahead for specific arrival information and to inform our reception team of your car registration number in advance of your arrival, particularly if you’re arriving outside of normal working hours. Please contact the resort reception on 01288 352 563.
Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. Important travel COT information Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01288 352563 for more information if a cot is needed.
Departure Information: Please ensure you leave the accommodation by 09:00am on your day of departure however you are more than welcome to use the facilities all day.
Pets: Please note, if you are planning on bringing your pet or animal on holiday, this must be included in your party make up when booking. If you arrive on holiday with an undeclared pet/animal, the park operators are entitled to either relocate you to suitable pet/animal-friendly accommodation (if available) or refuse access to the Park. You may also be liable for any Pet charge, cleaning costs and/or relocation costs incurred. Please check with the retreat prior to including any extra pets. Any pets arriving undeclared could be asked to leave the retreat if there is no pet accommodation available.
Group Bookings/Party Types: No Work vehicles or Workwear will be permitted on site. Un-authorised Work Parties will not be allowed to stay. A security deposit may be requested on arrival. Group bookings are not permitted on-site in December unless pre-approved by the park.
We aim to always assist you in making the most of your holiday and wanted to advise of essential maintenance work being carried out on the park on Tuesday the 7th June. The park have advised that the work being carried out will cause the water supply to stop for around an hour. The Park have assured us they will try their best to keep any disruptions to a minimum and will be on hand to assist with any enquiries if required. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We’re excited to share that from 6th May to 3rd June 2025, we’ll be busy building something truly special — our brand new Pirate-Themed Play Area, set to launch in late-June 2025!
During this time, the outdoor play park area will be closed to allow for the construction work. However, there’s still plenty of fun to be had! Our outdoor splash area and indoor play area will remain open as usual, ensuring your family still has plenty of space to play and make memories.

Kitchen could have been more equipped with chopping board and oven dishes. Dining chairs were covered with very thin, brown, cheap looking elasticated covers, to cover up very worn out seat pads. Very disappointed, as thought, from looking at the photos on the website, that these were brown leather/faux leather, high backed chairs. The covers kept coming off the seat. No mirror in the main bedroom … our daughter’s Bodmin Seaview caravan, the same as ours, had a large mirror on the partition wall. I had no mirror to dry my hair in, after taking a shower.Pillows on the bed were very disappointing ….. only one very flat pillow each!! Had to roll up my dressing gown underneath it, to get some sleep. Double bed was comfortable though…. good wardrobe space. Shower was excellent.

The caravan was fine. The view was nice from the sofa.Everything was a bit tired, but functional.The shower was nice and hot.The twin room was small and the beds are not full width. But they were reasonably comfortable. (Especially once we pushed the twin beds together).The sofa could use some cushions, it wasn’t comfortable to lounge on. The washing machine was useful but the dryer function didn’t really work - just made the washing hot.Very basic provisions in the kitchen - one pot, one frying pan. No chopping board. Where we were located felt very private. We couldn’t see in to anyone else’s vans and they couldn’t see into ours, except one window. So we could have the curtains open for the view and not worry about people looking in. We were happy enough with the accommodation and would consider staying again if the price was right.

A major let down was that accommodation was not cleaned properly and was tired, damaged and damp. We arrived to find food covered crockery in the cupboards. Plates stuck together with old butter… not pleasant! Luckily we had brought our own kitchenware as it was clear that the supplied was not fit for use.Broken chairs had stretch covers to hide damage, broken doors had been taped over to cover the holes, bathroom had a very strong damp smell. Would not choose to stay in this accommodation again.
