Nestling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the north coast of Cornwall, just under 1 mile from the beach, this rural property is the perfect choice for a luxury, family seaside holiday. Roskear has a huge glass balcony with a decked floor, complete with stunning, far reaching views across the rolling Cornish countryside and out to the sea, perfect for soaking up the sea air and ambience. This is a great suntrap to enjoy a little al fresco dining or sunbathing. The kitchen is contemporary and very well designed, with a centre island and large dining area which leads into the spacious living room, complete with a roaring wood burner for those fabulous autumn and winter breaks staying near the coast.
This is a house for a special occasion or family get together with four large bedrooms, three shower rooms, two of which are en-suite, and a bathroom. Crackington beach has two cafés and a village inn with views across the beach. There is a shingle and pebbly cove with sand at low tide, which is sheltered by dramatic high cliffs, great for swimming and surfing. The sheltered sandy cove with rock pools can be enjoyed by young and old, and the dramatic coastal path is not to be missed. This beautiful property lies in a fantastic location with plenty of attractions nearby to suit all ages. Beach 1 mile. Shop and children’s park ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Really lovely home with superb views. Thanks for the milk, wine and shortbread, along with the pretty fresh flowers. The stash of toys, books and games very welcome. Having a couple of ground floor bedrooms was beneficial for us. The fridge drawers could have done with a wipe clean as debris from previous occupants had amalgamated in the front lip. Apart from that - fabulous.The community shop is an added bonus, along with the play park. NB if going to the beach in Crackington Haven you'll need coins for the car park (limited to 100 spaces so get there early!)

It was an anniversary stay for my wife and I which included booked as a surprise. Our kids and partners ‘turned up’ too out of the blue. Hence why I booked a place with the capacity to sleep so many. Magical to watch the sunset in the evening over the sea which we could see from the balcony. Breakfast and evening get together out on the balcony too, lovely. Perfect setting for a base. Not much around other than a pub and a couple of cafes right near the beach. The beach never got too busy while there, we prefer things not to be too ‘peopley’, so this was perfect. Local store for the most basic things. Everything else we either drove to Bude for the supermarket or for fuel. A perfect base to travel from while exploring Cornwall. Definitely in our plans to stay here again. A+
