We enjoyed our week's stay at The Shippon with better than usual weather! Set in a quiet location but with easy access to the A39 it was a short trip to Bude and our favourite local beaches. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable, with spacious rooms. One of the best ranges of cooking equipment in holiday lets we have used over the last few years - could only be improved by the addition of some small glasses and a pair of kitchen scales. Although new, the sofas were on the firm side for our taste. The pint of milk and cake were appreciated along with the tea and coffee - great for a refreshing cuppa on arrival after a long journey.
