Manorcombe 17 is a contemporary holiday home positioned away from the main thoroughfare in a beautiful leafy setting. Guests here can unwind and relax in rural peace. Step inside and discover a smart and comfortable open plan living room, combining plump leatherette settees and an armchair with bold stripe feature wall paper. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a small dining table to cater for six guests.
Leading from the open plan living room are three gorgeous bedrooms furnished with good quality beds and ample storage. It is one of the few bungalows on-site to offer both a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Outside is a private patio with garden furniture for alfresco meals. There are communal lawns for ball games, tennis courts, a children's outdoor play area and swimming is possible year round in either the outdoor or indoor pool. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment. The site is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby.
Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Manorcombe 17 is perfect for families of all ages to enjoy the facilities on site and to explore the surrounding area.
Callington is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.

It felt very âhomelyâ and lived in and we were comfortable during our stay. The location was nice as it was basically next door to the pool and gym which we made use of every morning. The staff in the park were helpful and friendly. The location was great to travel to various parts of Dartmoor, Devon and Cornish coast. There is also a large Tesco very near for shopping. The pool was a good size and cleaned everyday. We went in late September and it was not busy at all, most days we had it to ourselves. The gym was also very well equipped and the sauna was a welcome touch. The beds in the accommodation were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We did notice a strange noise coming from the drains and when consulting a plumber friend, they said it probably needed an âair admittance valveâ fitted. Overall we had a lovely time and there was nothing really to complain about, except the road leading out the park was blocked to be fixed one day and we sat for a while until they finished. It was also very nice to have two toilets to use as just one would have been a stretch if there was 6 people. As there were just two of us, we had one each! Thank you for the lovely holiday! :)

We had a wonderful time we enjoyed all of it especially the pool system and the fact that it has a time scale my grandchildren had so much fun , the only thing was the drainage was noisy but we just laughed at that thank the owner very much

Very pleased with everything. Perfect with close parking. Easy to book the outdoor pool and gym. Pretty view! Nice and clean. Good kitchen. Recommend this house.
