The Orchard is a spacious bright, light, four bedroom modern detached house right in the centre of Crantock Village. Due to its central location, The Orchard will appeal to those who like to be within close walking distance of Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is just a five minute walk from The Orchard, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. The Orchard has four bedrooms, two with the luxury of an en-suite. There is also a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and a lovely sitting room. The Orchard has a large south facing garden to the rear complete with patio, large lawn, elevated seating platform and Hot Tub.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.

    The kitchen has a warm feel to it being open it’s a nice place to sit and chat with groups of friends, plenty of cutlery, plates, pans, dishes etc! All the bedrooms are bright and the beds are super comfy. The local pubs are literally less than a minutes walk and offer some great meals, the beach is probably an 5/10 min walk! All in all I cannot wait until I’m back!
