Moving downstairs, this level is occupied by a generous super-king bedroom with en-suite facilities, as well as a delightful twin bedroom that is accompanied by a wonderful family bathroom. The second level offers an exclusive space, featuring a private double bedroom that indulges breath-taking views as well as a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, basin, and WC. Outside, you are presented with a patio garden separated into two levels; paved on the lower level and decked on top. For the perfect sunny afternoon, fire up the barbecue and gather around the charming picnic bench, turning the day into a delightful outdoor feast. Parking is available for one regular-sized car. From the property, the village centre can be reached within a short stroll, as well as the iconic Crantock beach, making this cottage ideal for beach lovers and surfers alike. Further afield is the thriving town of Newquay, home to a selection of restaurants, shops, and attractions, such as the Sea Life Centre and Zoo. As well as this, Newquay is renowned for its many world-class beaches, so if you fancy a wider variety beyond Crantock beach, a short drive to Newquay is sure to please. The Beach Hut, the perfect slice of Cornwall.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
