It is a lovely modern house, very clean, tastefully decorated and a convenient location. The beds were very comfortable, the house is well maintained, it was peaceful and an excellent base for our holiday. Crantock is a pretty village with a beautiful beach, and only a short drive to Newquay. Communication from the owner and Sykes was very good. Many thanks.

Fantastic property great location this is our second visit and it was like coming to a second home if we were to have any criticism it would be the lack of recycling facilities
