Estura is a spacious and modern detached house set within the lovely area of Salting’s Reach, just on the outskirts of the village of Lelant and the stunning Hayle estuary. This stylish holiday home was designed with families in mind; the home spans across three storeys and is perfect for a multi-generation family holiday or a Cornish getaway with friends.

The cosy sitting room is light and airy with two comfortable sofas, a fifty-inch Smart television and modern art décor throughout. The adjoining dining room has a large, extending table; perfect for hosting superb dinners or family game nights that make use of the selection of board games within the cupboard stores. From the dining area, the doors open out onto the enclosed rear garden. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with everything you need to whip up a relaxed breakfast or prepare an evening feast. You will even find a slow cooker, perfect for creating delicious winter stews.

The handy utility room is also located on the ground floor and sits alongside the kitchen; it comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, wash basin and WC. For those who may need to catch up on work while they are away, there is convenient office space.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor; a king-size bed with a large walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, as well as two double bedrooms which are serviced by the family bathroom. The further two bedrooms are located on the second floor, one double and one twin room; both are serviced by a second family bathroom.

Outside is a lovely enclosed garden, with high wooden fencing, a feature wooden pergola with garden furniture, as well as a charcoal barbecue. It is ideal for enjoying a spot of alfresco dining whilst watching the little ones play.

Located to the west of the Hayle River in the charming village of Lelant; Estura is roughly a thirty-minute stroll from both the lovely rsbp nature reserve at Hayle Estuary and the stunning, golden sands of Porthkidney beach. You can also catch a train from the local railway station and enjoy a day out in the wonderful St Ives.
