Kilhallon is a unique seaside home, located within easy reach of Looe's beach, harbour, shops and restaurants whilst being tucked away in a quieter spot behind the vibrant main street.The property is ideal for families or groups of friends staying together who appreciate having some added privacy. Although Killhallon is one house, the internal separation between the annex and main accommodation allows guests to enjoy time together whilst maintaining their own space when desired.

Some rooms enjoy views across to the river and the bustling streets of Looe, offering a vantage point to watch the boats on the water and soak up the atmosphere of daily life in a coastal town.

Kilhallon offers an excellent base for exploring all that Looe has to offer, from scenic coastal walks along the South West Coast Path, exciting fishing trips, or trying the many popular eateries.

Parking

There is no designated parking. Weekly tickets can be bought from The Millpool car park for approx. £28, and the car park is approx 10 minutes' walk from the house.

Kitchen area with small under counter fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and toaster. Dining bench and 3 fold up chairs.

Stairs to second floor - 

Bedroom with 4'6 double bed and TV (please note, not a smart TV)

Bedroom with 3' twin beds and river view.

Bathroom with WC, sink, and bath with shower over.

 

Accommodation

  • Included: Bed linen, towels (no beach towels are provided, so guests are asked to bring their own), Wi-Fi, electricity and central heating (gas).  

  • Pets: Two well behaved dogs permitted (pet charge of £30.00 per pet, per week).

  • Electric vehicles: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.

  • Short Breaks: Available throughout low season, any day changeover.

  • Telephone: Mobile reception mixed.

  • Local Facilities: Sandy beach minutes from the property, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in Looe, within 5 minutes walk. Polperro 4 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.
