A family shower room and a utility room are also downstairs, together with a super-king-size bedroom that can be arranged as a twin if discussed in advance. Another super-king-size bedroom, also with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as singles, is on the floor above. A twin bedroom and a double, with an en-site bathroom, are also at this level, along with a family shower room. Bask in the sunshine on the deck as you take in the views; play table tennis out in the tiered garden and cook supper out on the BBQ. There is parking here for three cars.

Pack your beachwear and stroll 350 metres down to the beach at Mawgan Porth. Newquay, 5 miles away, also has a good selection of beaches to choose from, particularly for those who enjoy surfing. Pick up the South West Coast Path at Mawgan Porth and walk 2 miles to the Bedruthan Steps, where legend has it that the rocks were used by a giant as stepping stones. For the Padel enthusiasts, why not visit Cornwall's largest padel club located at SeaSpace less than 10 minutes away in Porth.
