Everything you could wish for a your stay. Plenty of room for everyone and a lovely private garden. One down side was the sofa, after a long day walking it wasnt that comfortable. Location was brilliant, 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins walk to beach. I would definately reccommend and would absolutely book again next time im in Newquay.

Spacious bedrooms and nice wall pictures and seaside decorations. The only negative we found was the lounge sofa and armchair were very uncomfortable, hard and too small. We used the camping chairs stored in the cupboard to sit in instead. The location of the house is good and it is walking distance to the town centre.
