Guests have found the cottage in Newquay to be a comfortable, well-equipped, and inviting property, with special mentions of the comfy beds and the convenience of on-site facilities. The location is praised for its proximity to attractions and beaches, as well as the resort park, making it ideal for families. Some guests appreciated the welcoming touches upon arrival, and the property's suitability for exploring Cornwall is highlighted.
The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests noting it as clean and tidy upon arrival. However, one review suggested that there is room for improvement in dusting and cobweb removal.
The location is highly regarded for its convenience to local attractions, beaches, and the heart of the Atlantic Reach resort. Its suitability for both family activities and exploring Cornwall is a consistent theme.
Comfort is frequently praised, especially the beds, but there is a mention of a noisy and springy double bed, suggesting a slight inconsistency in comfort levels.
Facilities are generally appreciated, with easy booking for swimming and other sports. However, there is a mention of an incident at the pool and a desire for a more powerful shower, indicating some areas for maintenance attention.
While guests have expressed gratitude for the welcoming touches, such as the Cornish cream tea, there are not enough reviews discussing these aspects to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

The shower could do with being more powerful as it just felt like dribble so was hard for my partner to wash her long hair. Other than that, the owners thought of everything and we really loved our stay and this wonât stop us from booking again in the future! We already have dates in mind for next year. Thanks again!

64. The cottage was lovely and comfortable and was well equipped. It was great being able to use the broadband so none of us ran out of data. We especially enjoyed going swimming every morning. The location was great for touring both the north and south coast of Cornwall. We will be booking again in the future.
