About this property

Kareena, which must be the most talked about house in Crantock. Kareena is in the most outstanding location, positioned at the end of Green Lane with an amazing view to the dunes, Crantock Beach and the sea beyond. If watching the sun set from your sofa is your dream, this is the house for you. Kareena is ideal for large parties such as two families or four couples, as there is enough room to have privacy from each other but you are also able to share a fantastic living area (with the view!) opening onto a slate terrace, where everyone can come together.

Kareena will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is also just a two minute walk from the house, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. Kareena has very easy access from the large drive area and there is a cloakroom with walk in shower on the ground floor.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.

First Floor: Bedroom one (Sea View) - 2 x single or super king on request, Bedroom two (Sea View) - 2 x single, Bedroom three (Sea View) - 2 x single or super king on request and Bedroom four (Church View) - 1 x double bed, Two Bathrooms: 1 x large family bathroom with separate shower, bath with shower attachment, sink and WC, plus 1 x family shower room with large shower, sink and WC.

Ground Floor: Large entrance hall with shoe rack and coat rack, Utility room with washing machine, separate tumble dryer, drying racks and sink, Downstairs wet room with shower head and hose, sink and WC, Open plan living room with wood burner, games cupboard, dining area and kitchen, all with sea view, Bluetooth music speaker, separate sitting room with smart TV and DVD player, underfloor heating and wifi throughout.

Kitchen includes range electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and walk in pantry with microwave.

Outside: Double garage (which houses the table tennis table) plus further private parking on gravel drive in front, Lawned garden with outside shower and patio (outdoor table and chairs in summer)

Private parking for 3 cars.

EV charging is now available, payable via mobile app for use.

Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, additionally, each guest is provided with a bath and hand towel, guests must provide their own beach towels.

    One of the best if not the best location in Crantock with the property over-looking at the sea and beach - truly amazing views. House is well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely gardens and plenty of room on the driveway for 2 cars. House was spotless when we arrived receiving great communication from the property manager from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away from it all.

    Property well kitted with anything you could possibly need. Extremely clean and well managed. The area is lovely with friendly locals happy to share what is happening locally. We will be going back for sure.

    Ideal for family's and couples. Excellent facilities. Good location for exploring New Quay etc. with Crantock beach and walks a few minutes away. Lovely views of the sea and a lovely village with two pubs 3 minutes walk away. The Cornishman and The Old Albion. Food in both but The Old Albion outstanding. Pizza place and cafe. Local shop and post office. The only drawback as stated is that if you have a standard car the access road to house is not suitable. It needs levelling out as grass verge higher than tracks either side and a few large pot holes make it harder to negotiate. We managed but not ideal. Overall fantastic.
