In a prominent coastal location near to the vibrant town of Newquay, this wonderful second floor apartment offers contemporary accommodation with an abundance of space and breath-taking vistas out to sea. Within walking distance from this peaceful setting are famous beaches, providing some of the best conditions for surfing in Europe, superb restaurants, bars and shops. There are many wonderful coastal walks and vast stretches of golden sand, with coves, inlets and rockpools to explore. Visit Newquay Zoo, or the Blue Reef Aquarium, just two of the many attractions within easy reach. A short drive north, discover Padstow, renowned for its array of restaurants offering culinary delights, narrow streets and buzzing harbour. Hire a bicycle and follow the excellent Camel Trail, some eighteen miles in length as it winds its way through stunning woodland to the market town of Bodmin, with its atmospheric moor of the same name and chilling Bodmin Jail Experience. Alternatively, visit the Eden Project, a world beneath huge Biomes, including the world’s largest indoor rainforest! The opportunities for days out are truly endless!
Once parked in your private parking space, simply take the lift to the second floor of Spinnakers and you will find your holiday apartment, No.21. As you walk through the apartment you will be struck by the clever amount of storage available and the bright and airy feel throughout. The living room is well proportioned, offering superb sea views from the inviting and very comfortable sofa. There is also a TV and wonderful chandelier lighting. Double glass doors lead to the kitchen/diner and of course, those wonderful sea views! There are two bedrooms, the master with sumptuous kingsize bed, TV, excellent storage space and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has double bed, TV and is equally spacious. There is also a family bathroom. Enjoy your stay at this fantastic holiday apartment where you can relax, unwind, recharge and re-energise all at once whilst enjoying the delights of this amazing part of Cornwall!

Beautiful views, but the property requires maintenance and deeper cleaning. We recently stayed for 4 nights at the Sea View Apartment. The coastal views are truly lovely, which was the highlight of our stay. However, we felt that the apartment itself is looking a little tired and run down, and would benefit greatly from some redecorating and more cohesive furnishing. Unfortunately, we noticed several issues with cleanliness and maintenance. There were dirty glasses in the kitchen, a broken glass and the extractor fan was not working. More importantly, the kitchen patio door would not lock properly. Luckily my husband managed to lock it but if i was on my own i wouldnt have been able to. We also noticed a few missing basics, such as a toilet brush in one of the bathrooms and a insert and liner for the bin. we expected a higher standard of cleanliness, attention to detail, for the price. We hope the owners can address these points, as the apartment has excellent potential. I had messaged the number on the contact sheet which just said sorry that was missed on cleaning and would pass on the information regarding the fan to the owners.

Absolutely loved the apartment and location! It was a fantastic size with amazing views. We were just a little disappointed to find a dish washer loaded with unwashed cups etc and some cups/bowls in the cupboard that needed re -washing on our arrival.

We stayed here for a week over the summer holidays. This place was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was right on the beach and you can see the beach and sea from the kitchen and living rooms. When we arrived there were a couple of minor issues - one of the French doors in the bedroom wouldn’t open and the washing machine wasn’t working - however on identifying these with the home owner they were resolved the very next day. Beds were comfy and building extremely secure addition of car park was great.
