To the front is a small and sunny, fully enclosed garden, great for sitting out in and reading a book or the newspaper on a Sunday morning. Beach 2½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Lovely cottage in a small hamlet. Cosy lounge, good size eat in kitchen which was very well equipped. Main bedroom is a good size with comfy bed and has an ensuite with bath. There is a lovely duckegg blue and white colour scheme throughout the house which is very attractive. Enclosed front garden is small but pretty. Own car parking space for small/medium size car. We visited a number of gardens - Pencarrow and Trerice. The cottage is in easy reach of the coast.
