About this property

Updated in December 2022, this lodge has recently been refurbished, to include all new beds/mattresses, new carpets, curtains and sofas.

It has a spacious open plan, kitchen/dining area, and lounge.

Kitchen is well supplied with equipment for all your self catering needs and includes a fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge is spacious, with 2 sofas, one being a sofa bed, and a large tv with DVD player. You will also find a few books and family games to help while away your leisure hours.

There is a utility room with space for hanging coats and a small fridge dedicated to bait storage. The washing machine is also located here.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite consisting, of bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.

Two further twin bedrooms with ample storage space complete the sleeping arrangements.

Please note all bedrooms have TV.

There is a further shower room leading off the hallway.

Outside, and accessed via a ramp through a gate, there is a large decking area. You will find tables and chairs provided for you enjoyment.

A lockable storage box for fishing gear etc is supplied, please bring your own padlock.

The lodge is within an easy walk of the entertainments area. This is currently undergoing a refresh including extensive indoor pool refurbishment.

The site boasts 13 fishing lakes, extensive outdoor space, and several outdoor play parks for children, including one near the lodge.

A stay here can provide relaxation, exploration and much more, located as it is within North Cornwalls marvellous coast and attractions.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
