5 Parc Terrace is a charming cottage in Penzance, Cornwall, praised for its cleanliness, welcoming touches, and convenient location for exploring the local area. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to Newlyn village, with its lovely restaurants and cafes, and the ease of access to coastal walks and bus routes. While parking can be challenging due to the steep hill, the property's comfort and amenities generally leave a positive impression.
The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting the property's cleanliness and one even describing it as one of the cleanest they've stayed in. A single mention of a dirty grill pan suggests room for minor improvement.
The location is well-regarded for its proximity to local attractions and ease of access to public transport. However, the steep hill and parking difficulties slightly detract from the overall convenience.
Guests find the property comfortable, with several positive comments about the beds and the homely feel. Some concerns about sofa comfort and noise from the road are noted, but these are not predominant.
There is insufficient information to accurately score the facilities and maintenance. While there are mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as suggestions for additional kitchen items and TLC, there is not enough consistent detail to provide a fair score.
The property is often commended for thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts including Prosecco and scones. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The house is well decorated and modern, clearly well looked after. Close to the town and all that Newlyn offers, and of course the excellent weather helped!
Kate
No issues with parking. Very comfortable well kept and maintained. In a residential street so you do get the noise from the neighbours which is expected (bit of a noisy night on the BH Sunday) Definitely recommend. We have booked again for next August :-)

Very comfortable and cozy. Lovely sized kitchen and bathroom. We all felt very at home. Well positioned.
