Beachcomber is a well-maintained and ideally situated property in Penzance, offering warmth, comfort, and outstanding sea views. It serves as an excellent base for exploring west Cornwall and is praised for its cleanliness and well-equipped facilities. The proximity to the Minack Theatre and the availability of a BBQ area add to its charm, although some minor improvements are suggested.

The property is described as lovely and clean, with comfortable rooms. However, there was a mention of an unpleasant smell in the drains in one of the bathrooms.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the Minack Theatre and the sea, providing an outstanding view and serving as a great base for holiday activities.

Guests find the property warm and comfortable, even in April. The only discomfort mentioned was related to the smell in the drains of one bathroom.

Facilities are generally first class, with a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful extras. Suggestions for improvement include updating and possibly expanding the BBQ area.

While the property is appreciated for its well-equipped nature, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The small frustration was that only salt was left as a cooking provision. Other basics like oil, teabags and sugar weren’t provided so had to be bought. We also needed to purchase extra loo roll and some of my guests weren’t even there for the full week. Finally there was a smell in the drains that was quite unpleasant that was particularly noticeable in the double room bathroom.

BBQ area at the end of the carpark has great views nice to have this if your apparent doesn't have a balcony. We though that the BBQ area could be up dated possibly made bigger to make the most of its location as a future improvement.

All the facilities were first class. It would have been nice to have had a visitors book to make these comments.
