The open-plan living area is light and airy, with two sofas, a dining table for four people and a well-equipped kitchen to assist you throughout your stay. The well-presented bedrooms include a double and twin bedded, appointed with soft furnishings and ample storage for your personal belongings. Also included is a gleaming shower room with basin, WC and walk-in shower cubicle.
Spend those summer evenings outside, dining alfresco style from the lovely garden area, whilst in the winter make use of the steaming hot tub which is sure to put you to ease. There is also a summer house which houses a washing machine and off-road parking for two cars. Bluebell Barn is less than 3 miles away from the iconic St Michael’s Mount which is a must see attraction, or travel a little further to Marazion or Penzance and explore all that this historic town has to offer. Explore the dramatic and breath-taking peninsula, offering wide sandy beaches, empty moorlands, towering granite cliffs and endlessly intriguing seascapes – there’s something for everyone!

Situated slightly inland from one of Cornwall's most prized stretches of coastland. Rich in smuggling history, the cove was once a favourite haunt of John Carter, known as the ‘The King of Prussia’ - who landed much of his loot on the beach. The beach offers excellent snorkelling opportunities and is dog friendly all year round. Rosudgeon offers good local amenities including a general store, pub and large sports ground, where the weekly car boot sale is held.

Ian and Dawn were really helpful. The washing machine broke while we were there and they came straight out to help get our clothes out and Dawn even helped hang them out to dry. We also had a new washing machine delivered and fitted before the end of the day. The garden is amazing for dogs and we loved using the jacuzzi at the end of the day! A couple of improvements would be somewhere to hang your wet clothes when you come in out of the rain that isnât your bedroom

There was everything we needed. The place was clean and tidy and we appreciated the milk in the fridge when we arrived after a long 5 hour journey. The hot tub was a god send after all the walking and running (hubby not me) we did. Perfect location to explore and we will definitely return when we next visit the area.

VERY noisy neighbour, currently carrying out building work, plus the barn is on the main road. Garden is secure, our dog loved the garden. We did enjoy our stay, but wouldnât stay again, just purely due to location - on main road and overlooked by neighbours.
