This comfortable base is ideal for exploring the area, popular with walkers, nature lovers, and cyclists.
Penzance is renowned for its lively contemporary art scene, exotic gardens, and superb coastal walks. The town offers a variety of dining options, nearby Newlyn is well worth a visit for its culinary delights with daily caught fish and seafood on the menu. Don’t miss the picturesque village of Mousehole, with its quaint charm and stunning views, wander around the harbour and explore the narrow streets. Just under 10 miles away is Land’s End, a popular spot for wildlife watchers hoping to glimpse rare birds and plants. We had a lovely stay at Dalton Cottage. It was small, but plenty big enough for us and our dog, and beautifully decorated. We used it as a base for walking the coast path and the location was great for this and just a couple of minutes from the promenade. We parked easily on Mennaye road. Loved the touch of treats and milk left for us. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Dalton Cottage. Its in a great location and is in walking distance of the seafront and town center which has lots of nice bars and restaurants. The cottage is great and has everything you need. The WiFi also worked perfectly for me. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a bigger sofa in the living room would have been better. I would definitely book Dalton Cottage again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous little cottage, managed to park along the road next to the path to the house, only a minutes walk but bit of a faff if you’ve packed heavy!! Penzance is a great base if you want to explore different places but feel the town doesn’t have much to offer within walking distance. Cottage was perfect although could benefit from a slight bigger sofa as was difficult to snuggle down to watch tv in the morning or at night - although we don’t go on holiday to watch tv 😂 super cute little gifts for when we arrived, even doggy treats!! Overall we loved our stay!
