This spacious, semi-detached holiday property, located in an elevated position, with breathtaking views across the beautiful long sandy beach of Praa Sands and out to Mount Bay. There is a shared footpath to the family friendly sandy beach which has lifeguards on patrol during the summer months and is also enjoyed by surfers. For walks the Cornish Coastal footpath passes the property. Nearby are St Michael’s Mount, Marazion, Praa Sands golf course, Flambards at Helston, sailing, surfing and great coastal walks. Visit the quaint fishing harbour of Newlyn and Mousehole. Heading in land, the countryside offers wide open moorland, rolling hillsides and stunning granite headlands. Ideal for those who want to escape the crowds. Other attractions include the busy town of Penzance with its long promenade and Lido, restaurants, bars and summer market at Porthleven. Nearby gastro pubs and beachfront bar. No matter what you are looking for in a holiday, Cornwall has something to offer and boasts a mild temperate climate all year round. Beach 500 yards. Shop and pub ¼ mile, restaurant 1 mile.

I understand the owner is selling the property and probably cannot be bothered but that is no excuse for letting out the property in a sub standard condition. The level of cleanliness was really poor, for example, I had to clean the downstairs toilet before it could be used. The handrail on the steps leading to the front door has collapsed which is dangerous. The smoke alarm in the living room fell from the ceiling onto the floor. Some of the boards on the decking are loose and give way under foot. However, the location is idyllic and views spectacular. All the property needs is some TLC, such a shame

Fabulous views and setting. Characterful property with plenty of room. Lovely and comfortable with good safety light at top of stairs. Lots to do in the area, with interesting and charming places to visit. Well designed kitchen space (only slight negative is placement of extractor fan buttons which you can't see to operate unless you put your head over heated pans). Fantastic deck and view (in all weathers)Suggestions for improvements:Downstairs shower room & utility 'zone' would benefit from a spruce up. Really not room for 2 modern sized cars, especially when neighbours need 2 car spaces in same area. Access route to beach needs some cutting back to make mobility access easier.Overall, a delightful place to stay. We were sad to leave, and hope to return in the near future.Thank you.
