Sennen Cove is a small fishing community located near Land's End in Cornwall. A lifeboat station, a church, a few stores, a cafe, and two popular gastropubs are all located in the settlement. A Bronze Age settlement may be found at Cape Cornwall, the closest town to Land's End, which has a number of prehistoric artefacts. Also in the town are a town hall, a church, shops, and pubs, as well as a mediaeval miracle play theatre called Plain-an-Gwarry. 5 kilometres from Porthcorno lies the outdoor Minack Theatre. Far too many plates and old cutlery. No potato peeler. Clear out some of the junk and leave the best pieces and Vacuum cleaner cable repaired with sticky tape. A definite health and safety issue. Television can only pick up bbc. In the plus side we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The retro look was charming. The water heater super efficient. It was lovely to have biscuits milk and tea available in arrival. Potential customers should be warned that the cottage is not suitable for the less agile because of the steep stairs and deep drop into the cottage.

Itâs what it is, an old cottage by the sea. I think itâs fine the way it is. To modernise it would be a pity. I am glad it had a shower as well as a bath. An ideal location. Canât fault it really. Thank you for a lovely place to stay with my grandchildren Mary Edwards

We loved its quirky ambiance and it had everything we needed, plenty of books, board games and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are a decent size with comfy beds and being up in the eaves of the thatch are quiet and cosy. Outside thereâs a large courtyard and to the side a little garden that was perfect for catching the evening sun and watching the sunset. Very easy access to the cafe, shop, pub, beach and coast path. Added bonus of a parking space for a small car. Perfect holiday base and it reminded me of holiday lets from my childhood!
