Security Deposit-
Please note, the park requires a £100 security deposit payable 7 days prior to your arrival (the park will contact you directly via telephone), the funds will be released once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. A reminder of this will be sent 14 days before arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 cannot be left unattended in the accommodations. They must have a responsible adult in the accommodation at all times.
Check in from 13:00
Any other concerns regarding times and etc are strictly by prior arrangement with the Warden.

Terrible avoid at all costs. The location is not central to anything very far from the beach and the town upon arrival at 1.30 (we were told check in was at 1 oclock we could not check in until 4 oclock because apparently precious tenant were like dogs. We couldnt check in until 4 oclock even tho it was stated that we could check in at 1 oclock when we finally checked in the cabin smelt of mould and there were no towels and no cleaning equipment. My daughter flushed the chain and it kept flushing over flowing on to the floor. The couches and childrens beds were very small and uncomfortable. After being there around 3 days we were contacted by someone from off site asking for a security deposit of 100 pounds even though this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking or by staff on arrival. We had two floods during our stay where water was gushing from the wall inside the cabin damaging some of our property. The smoke alarm went off consistently and the WiFi on site is shocking not to mention that the power and heating failed twice whilst we were there.On arriving home I asked about my security deposit and was sent a text mesage detailing reasons I would not get my deposit back which were nonsense and after try to contact by telephone all I get a busy tone . Avoid this place like the plague horrible place to stay .
