The seaside harbour town of Penzance is situated in one of Cornwalls most popular holiday areas. The South West coast path passes through Penzance and winds its way along the cliff tops towards Lands End, plus the open air Minack Theatre and Gwennap Head are close by.

It was warm and cosy, even when the weather wasn't! It's in a great location with a lovely view of the harbour, and very convenient for shopping and public transport. We arrived by train and used buses to get around. We would happily return.

The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms offer many good facilities as described in your listing. However, a few things are less than ideal. Your listing photos were probably taken some time ago and flatter some rooms. The dining chairs and the sofas, and also the bathroom decor have deteriorated somewhat since those photos were taken.
