We had a wonderful 5 day Christmas break in Mousehole. Travelling with 3 grandparents over 85, a dog and my family of 4 adults. Christmas lights in the harbour, The Mousehole Cat at Solomon Brownes Hall and swimming at Sennen Cove too. Wonderful view from the sitting room and an amazing library - although we didn’t solve the quiz! *Staircase quite steep but manageable. *Street light remains lit all night in front of house.

The Kellan is a comfortable rambling quayside house full of individuality and quirky charm. It is well looked after & had everything we needed for our stay.

Very old and quirky cottage in an excellent location close to South Quay car park. Best suited for families, as opposed to a group of friends. As an old property the general facilities particularly bathroom, toilet and shower room are dated and require some attention. The heating via electric heaters in all rooms, but one bedroom, worked well. Being so close to water, need to be aware of damp.
