Guests consistently report that Trevowhan House is very clean, with several reviews highlighting the immaculate condition of the property. The attention to cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.

The location is frequently described as stunning, with sea views and proximity to local attractions. The peaceful setting is a highlight, although some guests note the overgrown footpaths and the challenge of walking to pubs due to fast local drivers.

The cottage is often described as cosy and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a wood burning stove. However, some guests mention the need for thicker curtains and that the mattresses could be more comfortable.

Parking was a bit of a challenge pulling into the driveway, but generally a great location. Also so nice to have comfy beds! Thank you for a lovely stay. Haha - also my adult daughter got stuck in the downstairs loo - the catch might need looking at.

Comfortable all round. Remote area, but we love the far West of Cornwall for that reason!

We enjoyed a walk to Portheras beach, one of our favourites! House was comfortably furnished to a very high standard. Well equipped modern kitchen. Polished concrete floor in dining room perfect for doggy visitors. Tamsin was an excellent host , who responded promptly to any enquiries. Would definitely recommend!
