One of the finest family holiday homes in Cornwall, Ros Vale is a large and spacious 17th Century granite house refurbished to the highest standards situated in a quiet valley close to the magical Lamorna Cove, 2 miles from the pretty village of St Buryan in the heart of the West Penwith peninsula. Being located in this stunningly beautiful area of Cornwall means that the likes of Newlyn, the Minack theatre, Mousehole, Sennen Cove and of course Lands End are all within a short drive and easily accessible as well as so many coves and quaint fishing villages which are just waiting to be explored.
As you arrive at Ros Vale peace and tranquil surroundings will greet you. The ground floor is an outstanding open-plan living room area with a comfortable sitting area, large dining area seating 12 people and an impressive well equipped kitchen. There is a separate sitting room which adjoins this area. With a large open fire in the main sitting area as well as a log burner in the dining area this wonderful house will be warm and welcoming whatever the weather. Guests are supplied with a welcome pack of logs to get them started. The whole property is served with very efficient under floor heating, ensuring a cosy retreat all year round.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities, a large utility room, separate laundry room and a cloakroom. On the first floor are the remaining four bedrooms; the master bedroom contains a king size bed with a pocket sprung/memory foam mattress for exceptional comfort. A travel cot is also available. The main guest suite contains a king-size bed with an en-suite. There is a separate double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a sofa bed. The large family bathroom is also on the first floor. Outside, attractively landscaped west facing gardens provide a fantastic spot to relax at the end of another memorable day spent in this truly special area of Cornwall.
Near to Lands End and lots of coves and popular beaches, St Buryan is a village located in the centre of the West Penwith peninsula in Cornwall. The village has a local pub and shops providing all your amenities. Visit Newlyn and Pezance which are nearby.

The house was spotless on arrival. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything you could need and more. Owners gave us a welcome a call and were able to sort the heating out for us. Would highly recommend a stay at Ros Vale.

A beautiful property with everything a large group could possibly need. There was even a turkey roasting pan and extra large foil left for us as we stayed over Christmas. Not needed but the thought was appreciated. The weather was extremely cold during our stay with the house thermostat set and it appeared not to be adjustable by us but the log burners made everything snug. The owner phoned the first evening to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. The personal touch was nice. The location is perfect for the South West coast path which was our mission but there are masses of other walks in the area too. Ros Vale is superb!

We had everything we could possibly need, along with a beautiful garden and perfect setting. My family and I really had a terrific holiday with lots to do nearby and super meals on the patio n in the evenings. Thank you so much.
