Guests say

Guests are delighted with 'Sea the View', praising its stunning location, luxurious comfort, and excellent facilities. The property's proximity to beautiful beaches and local attractions in Cornwall, such as Sennen Cove and Lands End, is highly appreciated. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall experience is one of a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Most guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, though there were isolated comments about the garden's tidiness and outdoor fittings needing attention. The cleanliness of the interior seems to be of a high standard, with only minor remarks about specific outdoor areas.

The location is highly praised for its convenience to local coves, beaches, and attractions. Despite one comment about the name 'Sea the View' being slightly misleading, the overall sentiment is that the property is well-situated for a delightful holiday experience.

Guests are very pleased with the comfort provided by the property, mentioning luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms, and the inclusion of a hot tub. There are some individual preferences regarding pillows and mattresses, but the general consensus is that the property offers a comfortable stay.

The facilities, including smart TVs, hot tub, and electric vehicle charging, are appreciated. However, there are comments about the lack of certain kitchen items, outdoor furniture not meeting expectations, and issues with patio doors and leaks, suggesting room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

While guests express gratitude for the wonderful arrival experience and the details that made their stay special, there is no specific mention of gifts, and therefore it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on the provided reviews.

. Remedial work is required to outdoor fittings and woodwork .. Rear garden was mess when we arrived i.e. Artificial grass not cleaned off ... Upstairs bedroom balcony tiles not cleaned as had big stain in corner.. Moss on tiles also...

Stunning property. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything you needed was there to use. It’s definitely not a criticism but when we’ve stayed in places for two weeks before, the beds and towels were changed midway through. All in all a perfect place for two weeks away and would recommend it to friends and family

The rooms are very nice quality and design and a lot of thought has gone into it. The photos on the listing showed comfy outdoor furniture but this had been replaced with less lounge furniture (which is obviously easier for them to maintain). So there was nowhere we could all sit and lounge outside (the comfy corner sofa chairs were not there, the swing chairs had been taken down etc). So it wasn’t quite as expected. The bed linen was lovely quality but the pillows were awful - I get this is very personal but I had to go out and buy some as they were that poor and the main bed had a super firm mattress. We had problems with the main patio door not working which meant there was a gap when they were closed and as it is quite an exposed garden the draft and noise of the wind was quite annoying. In addition we had a day of driving rain which lead to a large leak flooding the floor under the picture window. Eating in all the basics crockery was there but for example there was no salad bowl or serving plates, so if you were wanting to do a nice meal in it was a bit basic. The addition of an electric charger was very helpful. It was lovely but overall for the high price I don’t think it quite delivered.
