Security Deposit-
Please note, the park requires a £100 security deposit payable 7 days prior to your arrival , Please call the park on 07931 823489 to pay the deposit.The funds will be released once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. A reminder of this will be sent 14 days before arrival.For any last minute bookings the deposit can be paid via card on arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 cannot be left unattended in the accommodations. They must have a responsible adult in the accommodation at all times.
Check in from 13:00
Any other concerns regarding times and etc are strictly by prior arrangement with the Warden.

The site its self nice quiet.From the outside this caravan looked amazing, but on the inside was another thing! Sorry to say but when booking our holiday all reviews were 5 stars. My first is the bath room, not been cleaned for weeks, black/ brown stains on the sealant. The toilet, not sure when that was last cleaned! Wee and poo splatters all under the rim and the seat. (We bleached the life out of it!!! And the rest of the bathroom, also no shower curtain or seal on the glass screen, so leaked all over the floor. The bathroom floor is rotten and giving way as you stand on it. The oven, one side doesn’t work at all, the small and main oven had never been cleaned. The hot tub is not checked daily for PH levels to ensure bacteria is growing, day 1 was fine, day 2 not good and smelt, so didnt use it from then on! Fridge inside door has no shelves as been broke and not replaced.I can go on and on. Please take care when booking the van.
