About this property
This wonderful property, situated in ever-popular Perranporth, less than a mile from the beach, is the perfect getaway for families and groups of friends. Sleeping eight over four bedrooms and with space for the dog, everyone is welcome here. Spend long days at the beach, making sandcastles and paddling, or head off on walks on the South West Coast Path from Newquay (9 miles) or Gwithian (17 miles).
Hang up your coats in the hallway and enter the kitchen/diner where contemporary worktops, bright and airy decor and plenty of natural light make it the hub of the home. Enjoy sociable meals at the dining table, making plans for tomorrow, or dine alfresco with a BBQ in the garden. Get comfortable on the sofa in the lounge and watch a good film on the Smart TV, or steal a moment away from it all in the cosy snug and catch up with your favourite book. A Smart TV and board games in here also make it a perfect hideaway for kids and teenagers. A handy utility room and WC completes the ground floor, while four bedrooms, each with their own unique style, await upstairs. The property was ideal for us for our week in Cornwall. We really appreciated the truly generous welcome pack. Its situated at the top of the hill into Perranporth but the walk was fine and there are a couple of different routes if you walk in. The house was very comfortable and had everything you need. Parking was easy and you could probably accommodate up to 4 cars if needed. We were a small party of 3 but I'm sure that a larger party would also find it comfortable. The garden furniture was a great help as we had lovely weather and the location was quiet and relaxing.
