Neptune House is a stylish semi-detached property enjoying a great location above the beach in Porthleven. The property is reverse-level to take advantage of the sensational sea views across Mount's Bay which stretch from The Lizard Peninsula all the way to Land's End. A great base for a family or group of friends to explore the local area, the property benefits from a private parking space and is conveniently situated on the South West Coastal Path. This cottage is perfect for truly relaxing.I loved lying in bed at night listening to the waves on the shore. The view of the sea from the living area is stunning. The sunsets were beautiful and it was lovely to see the fishing boats setting off and returning later in the day. The position of the cottage is perfect for a walk into Porthleven for the shops and restaurants and also for dog walking in the other direction towards Loe Bar and Penrose. It's also nice to have a parking area outside beside the house.
