Located on the outskirts of the lively village of St Agnes, The Parlour is a barn conversion that has been renovated to the highest standards, preserving its exposed brick and stone elements. Situated just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Cornwall, it stands as an ideal holiday destination.
Featuring a coastal-themed interior, this ground-floor holiday home offers a bright and roomy ambience. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. Additionally, it includes an island unit containing a breakfast bar and extra seating alternatives. The dining area offers comfortable seating for up to four guests, making this open-plan space ideal for memorable family meals. Adjacent is the cosy sitting room, with inviting sofas, a Smart television with a DVD player and soundbar, completed with a wood-burning stove for added warmth and comfort.
The Parlour comprises two bedrooms, both featuring doors that open up to the patio space. The first bedroom showcases a king-size bed and an attached en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom provides twin single beds and a Smart television with access to the family bathroom, complete with a bathtub and a separate shower.
Outside, a charming communal garden hosts a patio area, complete with garden furnishings and a charcoal barbecue for your use, which can be found in the store room. The convenient store room is also where you can also store any bicycles, surfboards, or beach gear you might wish to bring along.

Our stay in this home was brilliant. When we arrived on day one the house was spotless and incredibly cosy with all the cooking utensils, board games and pamphlets to help plan our day as you could want. It was certainly a positive being so close to St Agnes making it a brisk calming walk into the town. What a lovely week!
