About this property
Set majestically above the harbour at Mevagissey with spectacular far reaching sea views this contemporary house set over three floors offers spacious accommodation and is ideal for large families. With an impressive large terrace making the most of the splendid vista this wonderful holiday home has been designed with your comfort and relaxation to the fore. After parking directly outside you enter the Pink house onto the second floor where two of the bedrooms, a single and a double with a private balcony are located. On the first floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, another single, a twin and a double with en suite facilities.
There are two additional bathrooms both with a bath and shower, one situated on each of these floors. The ground floor houses the well designed open plan living room with a comfortable sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access out onto the balcony. It is outside though, weather permitting, where you will find yourselves spending so much time, relaxing, sunbathing and maybe dining al fresco making the most of the memorable views. A pleasant walk will take you down the hill to Mevagissey where an excellent choice of restaurants and historic old pubs offer a wide choice of food to suit all tastes.
A most comfortable holiday home in an excellent location available all year round.
The perfect Cornish fishing village, with winding cobbled streets and a picturesque harbour. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September.

Everything you could need contained here. Beautiful views of the harbour from the outside decking area. Well worth the money paid. Only downside was the weather, couldn't enjoy outside as much because of this. Steep walk down into the harbour, not for the elderly or faint hearted. Twin room could do with a blind as woken by early sunrise. On the whole a fabulous home, Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds, would love to come back.

Only minor points would be: Electric hand mixer required in the kitchen Replacement plugs for both baths as neither work and let water through with the other unusable as stuck in the fitting A tv in the main living room as well as independent living room so adults can enjoy the view with a film or tv of their choice whilst the kids are watching cartoons the arrangement of the sofas in the independent living room do not lend themselves to comfortable television viewing. At the end of a day itâs nice to watch something. These were things that we noticed would tweak and really make a difference to those with children. The property is stupendous and itâs the third time Iâve booked it now. The remodelling is divine and makes such a lovely open space to enjoy. Canât wait to go back.

Amazing views Beautifully maintained Almost fully equipped - only 1 thing the would've made it more wonderful would be a microwave but that's the one and only thing I would mention. Everything else was just great We all had a lovely holiday. Would definately recommend Thank you Pink House
