We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Garden Studio. The accomodation is well set out and maintained with lots of attention to detail and allocated parking directly outside was perfect The bed was comfortable and it was great to sleep with the velux windows open and see the stars. Jess provided a very generous welcome pack which was a lovely gesture and we enjoyed the cream tea but did it the Devon way with the jam on top 😉. The gardens are beautiful, lots of variety including unusual plants and Mike is extremely knowledgeable on the subject. They are perfect for a wander around and there are areas in both the sun and the shade to sit. The Shepards Hut was an added bonus with two very comfortable chairs and tea making facilities plus a toilet to save a walk back to the Studio. Sat inside with the doors open looking out to the garden while listening to the birds was just fabulous. The surrounding area was peaceful and felt secluded which was perfect but then it was only a short drive to St Austell for shopping and eateries. We visited the many gardens such as The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock and many beaches and cliff top walks which the property is perfectly located for. We highly recommend The Garden Studio for a peaceful break in a gorgeous location.

We have just spent seven lovely days at The Garden Studio.It's an absolute delight, very clean and tidy, well equipped with anything you might need for a very comfortable stay near St Austell.The location is beautifully quiet, surrounded by lovely mature trees and gorgeous gardens.The shepherd's hut at the top of the garden for early evening drinks is just the icing!
