Construction work is taking place with 5 houses being built down the road which can be seen from the flat. This does not block the view since their roof line is below the visual line of the sea. There may be some noise but no obstruction and the private beach access is not compromised.

ProsFabulous flat. We picked a quiet week. It was great. View from living room and bedroom calm and serene. Beach wonderful.Cons.The key lock on the garage door does not work very well. We could not open the garage to leave our rubbish in it as requested. There are 2 sets of instructions for bin days. This needs to be clarified and written into the book once. The code for the gate to the beach was incorrect and stopped us getting to the beach for a couple of days.We would rent the flat again. It was wonderful.

Beautiful large apartment with great free parking on site and two large lovely bathrooms. Lift access was also a real asset. The sea view was great and the ability to walk to Charlestown was fantastic. We had Sunday lunch at Rashleigh Arms which was good value and delicious. Location for day visits to Heligan, Fowey, Rock, Padstow and Falmouth was fantastic. Very well equipped kitchen and huge TV
