Construction work is taking place with 5 houses being built down the road which can be seen from the flat. This does not block the view since their roof line is below the visual line of the sea. There may be some noise but no obstruction and the private beach access is not compromised.

We absolutely loved the apartment it had everything we could wish for.The balcony and view were amazing.The short walk into Charlestown was such an advantage. Not having to drive down was great.We can’t think of anything more you could do to improve what you already do. Everything is thought of.Perhaps in time a coffee machine would be great for those who prefer not to have instant coffee.

Lovely, large, very well equipped, comfortable apartment. Definitely one of our best stays. Clean, modern decor with comfortable beds and sofa's. Very large TV with all channels - slightly confusing to operate but reasonably straightforward once you get the hang of it! There are two large bathroom/showers and a very well equipped kitchen area for self catering. Great balcony with table and great sea views. Private beach, accessed via a locked gate is 300 metres away. (Gate code is in instructions but can also be accessed via the coastal path spur). Free on site parking and a lift to help with luggage is useful. Charlestown with harbour, good eating and pub is within walking distance also.
