Construction work is taking place with 5 houses being built down the road which can be seen from the flat. This does not block the view since their roof line is below the visual line of the sea. There may be some noise but no obstruction and the private beach access is not compromised.

Please amend the Directions as there are two mistakes.1. the turning off Holmbush road at the traffic lights is LEFT.2. the turning into Bay View Road is also LEFT

Fantastic holiday accommodation with fabulous views and in a great location. The apartment is in a great location with access to a beach and is a short walk to Charlestown for its coffee shops, pubs and gift shops. Other towns such as Mevagissey and Fowey are within a 20 minute drive.
