Lovely lodge with everything needed supplied

The lodge itself was lovely! However, small things that make all the difference we were let down by.2 toilet rolls, one bin bag and 3 dishwasher tablets for a family of 5 for 4 nights is all that was provided. When asked at reception we were told we’d have to pay for it at the on site shop. I’ve never had this at a lodge or Airbnb I’ve stayed at.Also, we didn’t have to check out until 10am but the hot tub was emptied at 8am so we couldn’t have one last dip before leaving either. A shame because the accommodation was great.
