The Hollies is a delightful, detached, single-storey cottage located on the outskirts of St Austell in Cornwall. Adjacent to the owner’s home, this property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The open plan living area leads through French doors to an enclosed courtyard, a sun trap in the summer and perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine whilst planning the next day’s activities. The well managed bedroom offers a kingsize bed, TV and plenty of storage space.
This property is a great place for couples to enjoy and explore the amazing attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Nearby is the historic port of Charlestown, home to tall ships, coastal paths and local pubs and restaurants. Spend the day at the famous Eden Project, explore Pinetum Gardens or spend the day on the beach in Porthpean. The Hollies is in a fantastic central location. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 1 mile.

Lovely hosts with plenty of local knowledge and a gem of a cottage with a high level of attention to detail, from the super comfortable bed to the excellent shower (with non-slip mat) and decent sized towels and even a motion activated night light in case you need the bathroom during the night but don't want to wake your partner by putting the light on. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Really nice private courtyard to enjoy the sunshine and good amenities within walking distance, and the hosts close by should you need anything.
