Supplies in the kitchen paper towel, cling film, foil etc I would expect as basics Maintenance : We couldnât use the fire one of the main features of the property the glass had a crack in it and a piece broken off, the top of the hob had a bit broken off and also a slight crack, the main bedroom one of the lamps hadnât a bulb in it, the blind was broken so couldnât close it. These were a few irritating things that when your paying good money you expect a higher standard It is dog friendly but as stated the garden isnât enclosed a fence/ gate either end would make a difference The property itâs self is lovely and the owner has gone to a lot of trouble trying to make it nice, but they are let down by the company that is suppose to clean and maintain it The location is great for coastal walks and very close to Port Isaac we did a lot of walking and exploring and did enjoy our short stay. The issues I mentioned wouldnât put us off staying again it is a nice little bolt hole and would get 5* otherwise

The negative comments about cleanliness on previously listings were not evident; all spotless when we stayed. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

There were cobwebs throughout, windows were dirty inside and out, and behind the toilets was particularly grimy also the fidge. Additionally, the cooker, extractor fan had lots of dust. Mud marks stains were evident on the furniture and stained blankets on the sofa. On a positive note, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. However, it was disheartening to notice that the grass was only cut on the day before our departure, leaving us to wonder why this maintenance couldn't have been done at the beginning of our stay, especially considering how tidy it made the surroundings appear. Overall, while we appreciated certain aspects of the home, the cleanliness and upkeep left much to be desired.
