Seahaven is a well-loved cottage in Port Isaac, praised for its stunning views, spaciousness, and stylish decor. Guests have enjoyed the comfortable beds, well-maintained gardens, and the bonus of ample parking. The location is ideal, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. While some minor issues were raised, the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
Most guests found Seahaven to be well-maintained, though there were isolated comments about cleaning not being up to standard, including a dusty bathroom and a smelly fridge. However, these seem to be exceptions in an otherwise high standard of cleanliness.
The location is consistently lauded for its splendid views and proximity to local bars, restaurants, and beaches. The quiet setting and the convenience of nearby shops add to the appeal, making the location almost perfect.
Guests have praised the comfortable beds and the relaxing atmosphere of the property. Some concerns were raised about the heating system and seating arrangements, but overall, the comfort level is reported to be very high.
The property is well-equipped with quality furnishings, though some guests mentioned issues with mould, heating control, and garden furniture. Maintenance responsiveness is a plus, but there is room for improvement in ensuring all facilities are in top condition.
While some guests mentioned a welcome pack, there were inconsistencies in its provision, and it is not guaranteed. The property's thoughtfulness is reflected in the overall positive experiences, but due to the lack of consistent references to gifts or extra touches, a score cannot be provided.

Amazing views - location great but not at all noisey - and nice welcome pack on arrival. My only negative was were told not to check in till 4.00 on day of arrival and check out on leaving day was 9.30 - when you are only staying for two nights this eats in to slot of your time at the property. Also there are slightly scary/dictatorial instructions that all beds must be stripped, house hoovered and cleaned and dishwasher empty before leaving. Not sure what the cleaners are being paid to do because we basically ended up doing their job for them and at £1500 for two nights we all thought that was abit of a cheek and it made our last morning quite stressful especially with the early check out. But I wd recommend this lovely house and we did have a very nice time.
