Built around 1840, Trevoda House is a truly handsome piece of Cornish History. With a colourful background, the house has long welcomed travellers. In recent years, the house has been tastefully modernised to provide a unique experience in an area which is as close to the town as it is the beach.
Entrance directly into the Lounge/Dining Area which has a log burner and Smart TV. There is an understairs storage cupboard housing the washing machine. Through to the Kitchen with breakfast bar, Range style electric oven with double gas hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and door to small courtyard. Stairs lead from the Lounge to the first floor with two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a twin room with 2 x 3ft single beds. The Bathroom has a bath with hand held shower on taps, wc and wash basin. Also on this floor is a Kid's Den with seating and TV. Stairs to second floor leading to two further bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and one with a double bed. Wet room with shower, wc and wash basin and door leading to an attractive roof terrace with furniture.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 3 medium-sized dogs accepted all year round, £25 per dog per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.
