These did not detract from a lovely stay but need sorting for future. The listing document and details are accurate and thorough. The only slight challenge is the parking is difficult and is only space for smaller SUV, with 40m reverse required down narrow lane each time. A week parking permit can be bought in car park 3 minutes walk from cottage £26 for week. (These comments are not for sharing online directly).

Bathrooms are modern and well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need including a washer/dryer. There is a slight musty smell although there are measures to help with this. There are a few areas that need a little bit of attention, carpet worn in bedroom and decorating in places needs touching up but absolutely nothing that worried us during our stay. It felt comfortable and cosy and was less than 10 minutes walk to the beaches and harbour with all the restaurants and shops. We didn't have any issues with the parking.

We had everything we needed for our stay, the only issue we had was that the dishwasher would not close properly, was not much of an issue as we ate out most of the time as there are plenty of restaurants to try in St Ives & just hand washed the things that we used. Very comfortable beds, we all had excellent sleep the whole week we stayed and having TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms was great. Overall we would highly recommend this property & if we ever visit St Ives again we will be rebooking.
