A modern property in the town of St. Ives in Cornwall. This is a stylish and spacious property in a thriving location, perfect for large families and groups to come and experience this fantastic location. Boscarne is set with stylish wooden flooring throughout and the comforting sitting room is ideal for any weather, on the colder days you can sit on the sofa with the projector on and the woodburner going, if it's hot then open the bi-folding doors and enjoy a family meal with the fresh air flowing through. The ground floor also comes set with a stylish and well-appointed kitchen with ample dining, a super-king size bed with an en-suite shower room as well as a family shower room.
The first floor boasts three super-king size bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and a family bathroom with a separate shower. All of the bedrooms feature Freeview TV and Netflix. Boscarne is completed by a sensational balcony with stylish seating, a barbecue and breathtaking views of the sea. Nearby is the popular destination of Penzance, a similar location with incredible scenery and plenty of brilliant surrounding locations. The property is maintained to a very high standard. The owners were easily contactable regarding any questions. The projector so the kids could watch films and sound system were an added bonus. The rooms were all a great size with comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting St Ives.

The bifold doors of the living area opened up to a fantastic deck area and view of the bay. I would highly recommend recommend this property which is within walking distance of beaches and town. Hills make it more suitable who are able walkers, but a minor point compared to all the positives. The biggest plus is Liz the host/owner who could not do enough to make our stay fantastic

The decking was lifting and the property needed a deep clean, we had to clean most of the cups, plates etc due to them being dirty and there was food still stuck to the oven hob. Both dishwashers didnât clean anything, even after adding salt. The downstairs shower screen fell off on my 2 year old nephew, someone did come out to look at it but didnât seem at all interested in the safety of it. The property could be lovely, the space was great just lacked love & attention. Overall we had a great week in St Ives, we love to visit Cornwall itâs beautiful
