The location was perfect for us and great having a parking space! Sykes failed to mention about the building work going on next door when we booked however we did receive an email from carbis bay holidays just before we arrived informing us of this,

Everything you could need for a self.catering stay and very clean. The walk uphill not suitable for anyone less mobile as its in 3 sections and pretty steep! Would stay again but would bring a fan from home as it could get warm through the night in good weather and there wasn't any breeze or air outside.

Very well equipped kitchen. Sadly we didn't have enough towels and both hair dryers were not very powerful. Fantastic view and clean throughout. Should really be two bins in the kitchen for rubbish and recycling really. Some signs flat was tired. Still enjoyed our stay. Many thanks.
