As you enter Zareba, you'll find the first kitchen, which is sleek, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with a gas range cooker, dishwasher, and American-style fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting dining room, offering seating for six guests and a charming decorative fireplace. Continue through to the gorgeous sitting room where large windows perfectly frame the impressive views of St Ives. Sink into the luxurious corner sofa and unwind with a Smart television and electric fire, or simply relax and watch the waves roll in.
Upstairs, discover the second bedroom, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed and captivating sea views, alongside the third bedroom, which offers comfortable twin beds. A beautifully appointed bathroom with a free-standing bath, separate shower, wash basin, and WC completes this level.
The lower ground floor features an additional living space, bedroom and kitchen. This sanctuary is just the spot for those seeking their own space to enjoy during their stay, with a comfortable king-size bed, two seater sofa, Smart television, table and chairs and a feature fireplace. The second kitchen sits at the back of bedroom one, housing a fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, door to back courtyard with outdoor shower and utility room with a washer/dryer. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Outside, Zareba excels in offering both relaxation and stunning views. The tiered terrace, accessible from Bedroom 3, is the perfect spot to dine al fresco, with comfortable rattan furniture positioned to make the most of the scenic backdrop. We visited Zareba for a week over Easter 25. From the minute we arrived we absolutely loved it. There is so much space, it is beautifully decorated and the views are magnificent. It is a short stroll into the centre, so was very peaceful and quiet when you needed it to be. Just around the corner from the Harbour Hotel where we ate and they also have great spa facilities you can use. The 4 beaches are stunning and all within walking distance, loads to do around St Ives. We had mixed weather, but because of the house, location and what is on offer in St Ives it really didnât matter. We will definitely return here, it is absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely loved our stay at Zareba house. Retrieved the key from the safe as per instructions. The house was very clean and neat with a modern feel throughout with stylish décor. Every room is spacious. The bedrooms were lovely and quiet at night with good double glazed windows. Views from the house were absolutely fantastic!!! Lovely touch with a bouquet of fresh roses on arrival and the cream tea ingredients for us. Although we didnât need the use of the apartment in the basement, we did have a look and could see it was beautiful with more stunning views. The terrace is great overlooking Porthminster beach and St Ives harbour with outdoor furniture available. Easy walk into the town area and beyond and so close to the train station which was a win win. We would definitely stay again!!

We have stayed at Zareba on two occasions now. The property has a lovely homely feel, is spacious and well decorated throughout. Sea views are stunning. Kitchens have everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and thereâs plenty of pillows. The small courtyard has an outside shower to clean off wetsuits and store surfboards outside. The only downside is there is no parking to the front. There is a parking space to the rear of the property but it is tight to get into. I have a 7 seater and can't fit into the space. We parked at the leisure centre car park. The closest path which lead to Porthminster beach is steep too but thatâs St Ives!
