When in Cornwall, delicious feasts are a must, so whether you hire in caterers or wish to cook up a storm (when you’re not indulging at local award-winning restaurants), the open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped for all your culinary requirements!

For snug evenings head into the lounge, complete with a large L-shaped sofa and feature chair, arranged around a lovely woodburning stove, perfect for you to cosy up next to whilst watching a film.

Whilst the property invites families to socialise together, it also allows adults and children to have some separate time too. Fun for children and teenagers, a separate sitting room with a warming woodburning stove, sofa and bright bean bags is the perfect nook to relax.

Following days discovering the North Cornwall coast, the property can be accessed via the ground floor wet room, ideal for washing off wetsuits and beach gear. There’s also a ground floor utility room complete with a washing machine and dryer for ultimate convenience.

The upper floors boast three generous size bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing a separate space from the main living area to rest tired heads after busy hours exploring the great outdoors. From the master bedroom and king-size bedroom, you can even look out at the stunning sea and estuary view.

For fun-filled games in the great outdoors, head outside to the furnished patio and garden, or simply star gaze at night and dine alfresco.

Rock is a beautiful fishing village in Cornwall with a superb sandy beach, complete with shallow shores. Although small, this cosmopolitan place offers something for everyone, including coastal walks and bicycle trails, a village shop boasting fine wines and cheeses, boutique shops and award-winning restaurants, all within a short walk of Black Rock House.

Hop on the ferry to popular Padstow across the water to go crabbing in the harbour, cycle the admired Camel Trail, shop and dine in the restaurants of celebrity chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.

The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
